Dr. Khalil Gebara is LTA’s co-executive director. He supervises the development and implementation of good governance and youth programs. Furthermore, he is the executive director of the Arab Region Parliamentarians Against Corruption (ARPAC), an international non governmental organization based in Beirut.
Prior to this, he was an affiliated researcher at the Center for Arab and Middle East Studies at the American University of Beirut.
He holds a PhD in Political Economy from Exeter University and teaches Economic Development at the Lebanese American University.
Dr. Gebara authored several studies and articles on good governance in the Arab World, youth political mobilization and corporate social responsibility in Lebanon.
Email: kgebara@transparency-lebanon.org Badri El Meouchi is LTA's co-executive director. Moreover, he is the Project Manager of the Lebanon Corporate Governance Task Force (LCGTF).
Over the past years, he has coordinated LCGTF’s efforts to draft and launch a code of corporate governance in Lebanon, while continuously working to raise awareness in the private sector on the principles of Corporate Governance.
Such initiatives have also included launching a website on this subject (www.lcgtf.org), and identifying companies which can serve as case studies in applying corporate governance.
Email: belmeouchi@transparency-lebanon.org Gaëlle Kibranian has been LTA’s Program Manager since 2004. She is responsible for managing programs related to good governance and youth against corruption.
Since 2007, she has been managing a project on corruption in Lebanon with the United Nations’ Development Programme.
Additionally, Ms. Kibranian is co-secretary general of LCGTF and member of the financial committee. She is also one of Aid Lebanon’s founding members.
She holds a Masters in Political Science from the University of Montreal and a degree in International Affairs from the Lebanese American University.
She has worked on and contributed to many books including those that emphasize post-war reconstruction, corporate governance and the principles of good governance.

He is currently grass roots manager for the Civic Education Project at LTA.

At the moment, he is responsible for coordinating between LTA and the United Nations Development Programme on a national project against corruption.
